In this class, discover the colorful history of indigo. Learn how to grow, harvest, and use indigo for dyeing. We'll discuss dyeing with fresh leaves, as well as fermenting leaves and processing into powder. Learn the basics of setting up an indigo vat as well as important steps in the natural dyeing process. Discover techniques for creating designs and modifying colors.
