Aegean Salt: Cyprus sea salt, mastic, lemon peel, thyme. Great on grilled chicken and seafood or mixed into dressings, marinades or a bloody Mary. Amazing on popcorn.
Supeq Spice: Dulse seaweed, sea salt, and shiitake from Maine, ginger and paprika from Massachusetts, nettle from Vermont, and hot chili from Massachusetts. Try it on steamed or baked fish, on popcorn, in salad dressings, rice or soups.
